I began my business journey at the age of 25 when I came on board my father’s business, a directory publishing company. I soon bought into the company, partnered with my father, and eventually became responsible for the daily running of the business. In our small community of 25,000 we grew our business client base from 100 to 800 clients and achieved 90% market share. As someone who has built up a business, dealt with economic ups and downs, and met payroll, I’ve experienced firsthand the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur and business owner.
It was during my time working with entrepreneurs that I developed a love for helping business people, both through my work and volunteering with the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation.
In 2012 we sold the business and I moved south to a small community on the outskirts of Kelowna BC. It was there that my husband and I started a new company using a hands-on approach to help businesses with their systems, processes and technology.
Shortly thereafter, I discovered EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®) and the more research I did the more excited I became. Our company values were directly aligned with those of EOS® and I was very impressed with the simple, proven system and tools that simplify what can be a difficult and complex process.
I look forward to working with many more businesses and leadership teams to help business goals become reality.
